These are designed so that there are wrench flats on both sides of the flange. This is especially important when you install it on the 5" version of the P22 (so it fits the 5" and 3.4" version perfectly). This is also makes it possible to use on the SP22.
Gun, fake suppressor and wrench are obviously not included. Sorry...
